Use your fingers to remind yourself:
- Thumb: Decide on a thumbs up day: Make a decision to have great day the moment you get up.
- Pointer: Point your way toward the future you want. Make a plan.
- Middle finger: Flick fear in the face. Fear has no room in your life; acknowledge it and remind it that you have what it takes.
- Ring finger: March forth. Take a step today in the direction of your dreams.
- Pinkie: Pay attention to the little things. Practice gratitude. Notice every little thing that’s happening to lead you fo (from Mary Morrissey as learned from Jack Boland)
The habits you create: habits of thought, habits of belief, habits of action and follow through, create the life you are now living.
If you are noticing longing or discontent in any area, it means that you are not really living a life you LOVE.
You say you don’t see results. However you already have results in your life. Whatever your current situation contains the results you have been thinking, fearing, believing.
If they are not what you want, you can change them. Now. In this moment. Completely changing the trajectory of your life. One of my favorite reminders in the Bible, it that I have the mind of Christ. I embody the exact same spirit and energy that created the worlds. I am a co-creator of my life.
You have been created with this same energy. perhaps you have called it something else. Be assured that inside of you is a spirit of wisdom, the same spirit that created the universe and all that is in it. The same spirit of love and joy and abundance that creates within you your dreams and sense of fulfillment that you long for.
Longing and discontent are normal human reactions, not a punishment. They are little nudges whispering to you, “There’s more for you; make it happen.”
You are created to expand and grow and love and be loved. There is no shortage of anything you desire. None. Your dream is possible. Our Mastermind groups are incubators that bring your dreams to life.
Our next one starts March 4 for 12 weeks. “March forth.” What step are you going to take toward your dream in the next 5 minutes?
Action Step: Schedule a call with me. There’s limited availability. When you are stuck, a good practice is to ask yourself, “What step can I take in the next 5 minutes to find an answer, a solution, or move toward my goal?
