As an expert in Personal Development and Life Transformations for 35 years, Marianne has been helping clients live more productive and abundant lives. She is an award-winning businessperson, psychotherapist, best-selling author, speaker, community leader and coach. She is also a TEDx speaker.
Marianne’s work has taken her to developing countries with World Hope International, and other organizations consulting and teaching trauma recovery to victims of rape, war, poverty, hunger, human trafficking, as well as child soldiers.
Specializing in working with high level women leaders with big plans and life-changing goals, Marianne uses her finely tuned coaching skills to inspire and empower the growing population of women over 50 who are looking to fulfill their destinies. She is a MindValley Certified Hypnotherapist, trained by Paul McKenna.

Lorna Martinez Magill
Lorna is a visionary executive with over 25 years’ experience in a variety of industries, including non-profit, government consulting/contracting, private industry, small business consulting and public accounting. An Expert in Organizational Structuring and Life Transitions, her passion and enthusiasm as a strategic financial leader led her to her role as Chief Financial Officer with the PATH Foundation. She loves working with organizations to help them maximize impact and growth, focusing on aligning priorities, resources, and processes to help clients achieve their mission.
After resigning from her position as CFO and becoming an official empty-nester, Lorna began navigating through the next chapter, struggling with how she wanted to spend the next phase of life. She was fortunate to find a tribe of women who helped her gain clarity, and she brings the experience of having “been there” to every interaction of Isn’t She Amazing.
She is committed to continuous learning and constantly looks for innovative ways to move projects forward, stating, “I would like to use my personal experience to help women grappling with the question of ‘Now What?'”
